It is the true story about the death of Emmett Till from his mothers point of view. He and his mother grew up in Argo, a small town outside Chicago. He was raised by his single mother, with the help of his grandmother, to be a good man. When he was only 13, he took a trip to his family's place in Alabama. He was abducted and killed there for allegedly whistling at a white woman. His mother, family, and pretty much Chicago's whole black community fight against this in court, making a large impact for civil rights in America.

Firefight is a book that takes place in the future. The world is controlled by people called epics, ordinary people who have gained extremely powerful powers, such as precognition, reincarnation, impenetrable skin, and much more. These people rule the world, and they do terrible things, such as killing people and destroying cities. The reckoners are a group of people who try to find epic weaknesses and then take down the epics, in order to return the world to pre calamity. In Firefight, David Charleston is a point gunman, part of the reckoners. He visits the city of Babilar, in order to stop Regalia and Obliteration, and a handful of other epics from destroying the city, and all the people that live in it. But Regalia is a wily and wise epic, she has a trap, and the reckoners fall into it. Now the reckoners have to deal with something much more dangerous, even though they stopped Regalia and Obliteration from destroying the city.

BZRK is the first book the the BZRK trilogy. BZRK is about a somewhat near future earth, where nanobots and nanotechnology has been created. The nanobots were intended for good use, such as in medicine, but when in the hands of The Twins, the nanobots can be used to "wire" people, or brainwash people by using nylon fibers in the brain. The Twins want to create world peace, and a world utopia, where they are the masters. They want to take down the main powers and leaders of the world by wiring them. The Twins are trying to create a world where everyone is happy and no one has any other feelings. But a group of teen hackers creates BZRK, in order to stop the twins. The people in BZRK are mainly just teens, and they have different cells of people around the world. BZRKers have biots, the biological counterpart of nanobots. This is a war in the nano and the macro world.
